Senior Technician Pay Incentive Plan
Brian and Joey discussed pay plans for technicians, focusing on incentivizing senior technicians to help and coach younger ones without fearing it would negatively impact their own income. Brian suggested a few approaches, including giving the senior technician a portion of the flagged hours or including the incentive in the overall pay plan. The group agreed on the importance of balancing productivity with maintaining high-quality workmanship.
